Set in the self-contained village of Kilkhampton on the A39, Sundale Cottage provides a traditional home from home just two miles from beautiful National Trust beaches, Sandymouth and Duckpool and an easy five mile drive to the pretty seaside town of Bude. Kilkhampton has two pubs which both serve food, a well-stocked Co-op and two corner shops plus a fish and chip takeaway. The cottage sleeps up to six people plus cot, accommodated in two double bedrooms and a bunk room.
The cottage has comfortable living accommodation, a wood burner within an inglenook fireplace, a separate dining area, three bedrooms (one double, one bunk room and one small double), a downstairs bathroom and newly refurbished upstairs shower room with WC. The kitchen is very well equipped with Neff appliances and all mod cons including dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The self-enclosed garden is safe for children and up to two well-behaved dogs. With a lawn for play and sun-bathing, there is even a herb bed - help yourselves!
